Clothes stop becoming something to think about.
PRIVATE 1:1 BODY TRANSFORMATION
LOSE THE
WEIGHT. GET
BACK IN SHAPE.
STOP ENDING UP
AT THE BEGINNING.
Most people who come to Conscious Body already know the basics.
They've trained before. Dieted before. Lost weight before.
The frustrating part isn't getting started. It's putting the work in, seeing progress, then watching a busy month, a holiday, stress or a change in routine slowly undo it.
Conscious Body is private 1:1 coaching for people who want a transformation built around the life they actually have — not another programme they can only follow when everything is going perfectly.

PROOF
REAL CLIENT RESULTS
The result matters. So does what happens afterwards.
None of these people had the same body, schedule or starting point.
That's exactly the point.
A REAL 1:1 TRANSFORMATION SHOULD NOT LOOK IDENTICAL FROM ONE CLIENT TO THE NEXT.
Individual results vary. Your result depends on your starting point, consistency and circumstances.
TRANSFORMATIONS
WEIGHT LOSS IS THE VISIBLE PART.
The number on the scale is easy to measure.
What tends to matter more is everything that comes with it.
Training feels useful again instead of like punishment.
Energy improves. Strength starts coming back.
There's less mental negotiation every time food, travel or a difficult week comes up.
For a lot of people, that's the real win.
Not spending another year thinking about getting back in shape.
A FEW THINGS WORTH THINKING ABOUT
THE PROBLEM IS NOT ALWAYS WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE.
LOSING WEIGHT BEFORE IS EVIDENCE.
If it has happened once, the body is clearly capable of changing.
That makes the more useful question: Why didn't the result stay?
A PLAN CAN BE TECHNICALLY GOOD AND STILL BE WRONG FOR THE PERSON FOLLOWING IT.
Perfect macros and a great training split mean very little if the routine falls apart the moment work becomes demanding.
PERSONALISATION HAS TO CONTINUE AFTER WEEK ONE.
A programme can be tailored perfectly at the beginning and still become useless if nothing changes when progress, recovery or circumstances change.
CONSISTENCY IS NOT THE SAME AS PERFECTION.
Twelve good weeks do not require eighty-four perfect days.
What matters is knowing what to do after the imperfect ones.
THE REAL PROBLEM
THE RESTART CYCLE
It usually starts the same way.
Something finally pushes the decision.
Enough is enough.
Food gets cleaned up. Training starts again.
For a while, everything feels under control.
Then ordinary life arrives.
A trip. Deadlines. A few late nights. A stressful week.
One missed workout becomes several, eating gets looser, momentum drops and the whole thing begins to feel harder than it did at the start.
“I’ll properly start again on Monday.”
That's the Restart Cycle.
The issue isn't that someone cannot follow a programme.
Quite often, they've proved they can.
The issue is that the programme only knew how to work under one set of circumstances.
Real life does not stay under one set of circumstances.
THE METHOD
PRIVATE. PERSONALISED. ADAPTIVE.
The coaching changes as the person changes.
Conscious Body brings training, nutrition and recovery together in one private coaching process.
The programme starts from current ability, experience, available time and what the body can realistically recover from. The aim is progress — not simply making every session harder.
There is structure, but not a fantasy version of life where restaurants, weekends and travel disappear for twelve weeks. The approach has to work outside the kitchen as well as inside it.
Sleep, fatigue, soreness, stress and overall workload matter. Sometimes the right move is to push. Sometimes it isn't. Knowing the difference is part of coaching.
This is where 1:1 becomes valuable. If progress slows, something changes. If work becomes chaotic, the plan gets adapted. If travel is coming up, it is accounted for before it causes a problem.
“HE ADAPTS THE PROGRAMME WHENEVER IT’S NEEDED.”
The programme serves the transformation. Not the other way around.
MEET THE COACH
MEET DIDIER
Coaching starts with understanding the person in front of me.
I'm Didier.
I'm not interested in handing someone a template on Monday and asking why they stopped following it six weeks later.
The first thing I want to understand is what has already happened.
- What worked before?
- Where did it start going wrong?
- What does a normal week actually look like?
- How much time is realistically available?
- What gets difficult when work, family or travel gets involved?
Once those things are clear, the coaching becomes much more useful.
There is a real person behind every programme.
That person has a job, responsibilities, stress, good weeks and bad ones.
My job is to coach that person.
“The programme serves the person. If life gets chaotic, we adapt the plan before it causes a problem.”
WHO IT'S FOR
THIS IS NOT A GENERIC FITNESS PROGRAMME
It tends to make sense for people who are done experimenting.
Someone has already tried enough to know that another random diet probably isn't the answer.
There is a genuine desire to change, but not at the cost of making fitness take over the rest of life.
The person is willing to train, make changes to food and communicate honestly when something is not working.
That matters.
Private coaching can provide the structure, programming and adjustments.
It cannot do the work on someone's behalf.
THIS PROBABLY ISN'T THE RIGHT FIT
For anyone looking for a three-week crash diet, the cheapest option online, or a plan they can ignore and still expect to work.
MID-PAGE CTA
IF THIS SOUNDS FAMILIAR, HAVE THE CONVERSATION.
There's no need to decide anything from a webpage.
Book a call with the team, tell us what has been happening, and let us understand the situation properly.
After booking, there is a short assessment to complete before the conversation so the team can review the important details in advance.
BEFORE THE CALL
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER BOOKING
We don't want to waste the conversation collecting basic information.
Choose a time that works for you.
After booking, you'll watch a short video from Didier while scoring yourself across:
Nutrition. Training. Recovery. Adaptability. Long-Term Control.
Then you'll answer three short questions about where you feel stuck and what you actually want to change.
The team sees your assessment before the call.
So we're not wasting the first twenty minutes asking:
“So... tell me a bit about yourself.”
We look at where you are, what has kept breaking down, and whether private coaching actually makes sense for you.
If we don't think we can genuinely help... we'll tell you.
FAQ
QUESTIONS, ANSWERED.
Is this just another diet and workout plan?
No. Training and nutrition are part of it, but they sit inside private coaching. The important difference is that the approach is built around the individual and can change as progress and circumstances change.
What if my schedule is unpredictable?
That is something the coaching has to account for. A demanding week, travel or a change in routine should not automatically mean everything is abandoned.
Do I need loads of time to train?
No fixed amount applies to everyone. Available time, goals and starting point all matter. If time is limited, that gets discussed and the plan has to be realistic about it.
I've lost weight before and put it back on. Does that matter?
It matters because it gives useful information. Previous attempts show what worked, where things became difficult and what needs to be handled differently this time.
Is this only for a certain age?
No hard age cutoff is used as an automatic rejection. The coaching is based on the individual.
What does it cost?
Pricing is discussed after the team understands the person, the situation and the level of support required. The service is personalised, so the conversation happens before a recommendation is made.
What happens on the call?
We review the assessment, understand the goal, look at what has been getting in the way and decide whether Conscious Body is genuinely a fit. If it is, the team explains the next step. If it isn’t, we’ll say so.
ONE LAST THOUGHT
YOU DO NOT NEED ANOTHER PERFECT MONDAY.
YOU NEED A PLAN THAT STILL WORKS ON AN IMPERFECT WEEK.
Starting again feels productive.
For a few days, it usually is.
Fresh plan. Fresh motivation. A clean week ahead.
But after enough restarts, the important question changes.
It stops being: “What should I try next?”
And becomes: “What would have to change so I don’t end up here again?”
That is the conversation Conscious Body is designed to have.
If it feels like the right time to have it:
We'll understand the situation first. Then we'll tell you whether we believe we can help.
